At Speech Works Therapy Services of Zachary, LLC, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to communicate with confidence. We proudly provide individualized speech and language therapy services for children and adolescents ages 3–18.
Our services are designed to meet each child’s unique communication needs through engaging, evidence-based, and child-centered approaches. We specialize in the evaluation and treatment of articulation, language, and fluency disorders.
We understand that communication is an essential part of everyday life. Our goal is to help children strengthen their communication skills, build confidence, and successfully express themselves at home, at school, and within their community.
We value collaboration with families and work closely with parents and caregivers to develop an individualized treatment plan based on each child’s strengths, needs, and communication goals.

Our Services
Language Therapy (Receptive/Expressive)
Therapy can help your child improve their understanding and talking. Good language skills can build your child's self-confidence through learning, behaving, and making friends.
The speech-language pathologist will work with you to set goals for your child. Here are some possible treatment goals:

Increase your child’s understanding

Improve how your child uses words to tell others what they think

Teach you, your family, and teachers how to talk with your child

Help your child use other ways to communicate when needed. This may include simple gestures, sign language, and/or picture boards.
